You are buying our course after watching the demo video and analyzing the course content & review, so we will not refund the course fee,

• If you buy any course mistakenly.
• If you want refund without any valid reason.

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, remove or disable access to any materials on the Platform that we believe (or are notified) may infringe on the rights of others.

• You will get an E- Certificate through our website after completing the exam of your particular course.
• Your exam marks will be given immediately after completing the exam through the website.
• Simply you can download the certificate and utilize it.
• Exam marks will not be shown at your certificate.

You agree that we may suspend or deactivate your account or terminate your account or any of your given course as instructor if we believe that you have (a) breached these terms; (b) infringed the intellectual property rights; (c) posted, uploaded or transmitted unauthorized User Content or Our Content; or (d) violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policies. You agree that any such suspension, deactivation or termination for the foregoing reasons may be effected without prior notice to you and that Alokbortika will not be liable to you or any third party for any deactivation of your account or termination you given course.

• We reserve the right to take any step if someone shares our course or any content of the course without permission.
• If someone resells our course or course content, it will be considered as cyber crime and we will have the right to take any step.
• You are not allowed to share your course, course credentials or website account details to anyone.

Anyone can bring their knowledge and be part of Alokbortika as Instructor.

• As per policy you can’t give the same course content at other institutes or any third party or can’t bring the same content at our platform which already exists somewhere else.
• Instructor has to respond to all the queries that arise from learners and also has to give support to learners at any time.
• Make sure that course content is not copied from any other content or is not plagiarised.
• Alokbortika will promote your course at the same time you also have to promote your course for example through your community or facebook or any other medium.
• Instructors should not influence the feedback of learners or should not suggest giving feedback.
• Considering our rules, the instructor has to act accordingly.
• Course price will be set based on the demand of course content, instructor and our policy.
• On events or sometimes we may offer discounts on course for a specific time.
• When the instructor is selling your course through our website, you are agreeing to sell the course on current or offering course fee.
• When a student purchases a course, the instructor will get the student’s information like email id, course purchase date.
• If a learner claims a refund for any misbehave of the instructor or for incompleteness of course or for the lack of support then the refund must be paid by the instructor.
• We can cancel/hold the contract with the instructor any time only if we see that the course is not being updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to change or modify any terms that incorporate by reference in our sole discretion and at any time. Any such change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform; however, any changes to Section.

• Instructors can withdraw their earning money every month within the first one week.
• As a new instructor, you can withdraw your earnings after two months of publishing your content. But if we find that you are not cooperating with your students, then we have the full right to not approve your withdrawal request.
• You will get your earnings in your bank account or bkash account.
